Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

I really try to be a regular here but I've given up. I've called twice about the way the drive thru people ask for your order with attitudes, and just hand you the bag without saying thank you or anything at all.. they've messed up my order on a few occasions. Each time I've called they have offered to replace my meal at no charge on the next visit. I've never asked to get my free meals because that's not why I called, I call to get better service. So instead of giving out free food just provide better customer service until you're closed on just wing the last hours of close. I'll revisit this review IF things improve. Update: 04/28/18. Lowered my rating to a 1 star from 2 because still horrible wait times and usually expect to not get something, either either missing a side, dip, straw, or wrong type of strips. It happens so often I don't even bother calling about it anymore. CANT wait for our exit to get another drive Thur, they we will go out once we do. They're the only option and know it clearly.
