Stood at counter once and no one even acknowledged me for 10 minutes. No hello, no "We'll be right with you." Nothing. Another time I went to drive thru at 6:45am and was 3rd in line for 15 minutes and the line behind me stretched out onto the main road. As I pulled out and around, the staff, 5+ of them were visible laughing and playing around inside with no regard to any customer. If I could give a negative score, I would. The food however, when you ever do get it is as good a quality of any Bojangles and the restaurant itself is neat and well maintained.
