After contacting Blossman to start services at the home we were purchasing, I was called back by the owner/manager? Mike. He explained to me that because our home had been under foreclosure, and the previous owner had a balance, they decided to come out to the property and "dig up their $1500 investment". Even though there was a Blossman hang-tag hanging on the door to contact the company start up our services. Mind you, we are set to close on our home tomorrow and no one was contacted. Not the selling agent, no one. His "I don't give a crap" attitude has quickly gotten him, and Blossman, one star. The company has lost a customer, but they're not concerned. If I could give no stars I would.
