The Blackened Kraken Bar & Grill

I WISH I COULD GIVE A -5 STARS. 2 years ago, this place was PHENOMENAL... THEY HAD THE BEST FOOD AND BEST WAITRESS NAMED CULLY....Fast-forward 2 years and WHAT HAPPENED????? Visited and watched a bartender with waist-length brown hair braid, unbraid and braid her hair again. All the while making drinks. This same bartender brings our food out. I was missing lemon wedges for my crab dip and kindly reminded her that I was lacking them. I could NOT make this up...this bartender goes to the kitchen and brings my lemon wedges back to me.... IN HER HANDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not on a new plate or saucer, but her hands! HER HANDS. MY LEMON WEDGES ARE CUPPED IN HER HANDS. Not only this, but to add insult to injury, she LEANS OVER MY ENTREE AND MY DAUGHTER'S ENTREE with her LONG BROWN BRAID! UGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH! She then plops the lemons on my plate of crab dip. On my plate. Not only did I witness this, but the table next to us watched on in disgust. I asked to speak to Manager Danny and he was very apathetic to what had just happened. I was grossed out beyond comprehension and although he offered to remake my food, I was disgusted and could only imagine what would happen to the new food in the back. Danny took the 2 items off and billed me for my daughter's food. Soooo disappointed in my Blackened Kracken.
