Black Rose Public House

The food is good, (I had the shepherd's pie) and the drink selection is decent. Unfortunately the service was lousy. My friend and I waited over 10 minutes to get a drink order after sitting down, and another 15 to order food. Later, after asking for the check we waited 20 minutes until we finally just went and asked the bartender to take our money. There was a private event going on upstairs that the staff spent most of their time attending to. During such events it would probably best to bring additional servers so that the general patrons aren't neglected.

Awesome spot! We had bomb bloody mary’s And craft sours on tap. Elizabeth was our waitress and she was dynamite! We shared two appetizers that were HUGE. Would give more stars if I could!
