Just had two Bells technicians come out to fix my dishwasher and not only was it not done right but they won't even send someone out to fix it until I can be placed back on their schedule; their schedule is a six hour block by the way so now I'm going to have to miss a second day of work. They said I needed a new pump so I have already been waiting almost a week for the part to come in. When the technicians came out to replace it, one of the two hoses weren't tightened down so it leaked as soon as the drain pump began to turn on (I had to fix this as the technicians didn't want to wait around to check their work), the pump wasn't secured properly like the original one so it now rests and rubs on the floor and to top off everything it didn't fix the problem. I had asked them to stay and wait 15 minutes for the dishwasher to kick in a drain cycle to see if it was working properly they said they had other appointments.
