The Customer Relations guy was creepy. He kept asking personal questions. Beyond the absolutely uncomfortable atmosphere, he didn't even do what I needed to him to do. I needed some information changed on my account and I found out later it was never changed. I had to drive 15 minutes out of my way to another bank to get twice as much stuff done in less time than I did here; and I was the only one in the State branch. All without feeling like I was being felt up with looks.
Horrible experience as an employee. The manager Sue took a measurement of my height because i am 5'2" and she was out to prove that i am short. She and the head teller made fun of my clothing, the way i dressed. The harrassment got so intense i walked out. They fired me for that. I handled the inside window and balanced every day. They put me on the busiest drive through window thinking i coundn't handle it. I balanced every single day to the penny. Hate filled people. They were argry because an employee they liked had gotten married and moved away. I got fired for that. I was very young. I had a lawsuit and didn't do anything. I give them -0 stars.
