DO NOT GO HERE!! Straight Rip off.. I had my car towed here Because it would not start so I thought it was my fuel pump.. told them to check my fuel pump or let me know what was going on before any work was done to my car. Bc i like to price check everything and check around for different prices before I go with one person.. My car was here for two days I kept calling trying to get information because I needed my car done and for a reasonable price.. only response I would get was “we haven’t checked your car yet” “when we get to it we will call you” OK. I figured I would get the call.. never did so two days later my boyfriend get the call “Your car is ready, it was the crankshaft and it’s $320 ... WHAT!! As far as I knew it was the fuel pump. I’ve already had it priced and everything. I was expecting to only pay around 175-200$ at the most for part and labor together! I explained all this to him and all he say is be glad that your car is fixed. 75$ for diagnostic, 130$ for part, and 95$ labor.. so I call a mechanic that I normally go to and should have went to from the start. And he said he charge $45 for labor and autozone charge 115$ for the Part!!! AVG IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF AND HAS BAD BUSINESS! NEVER AGAIN!
