In order for me to post this msg. I had to highlight at least one star, but I really give them no stars ! I pulled up with a major issue and my vehicle sounded like it was about to just cut off ,so I continued to keep my foot on the excelerator to prevent my car from cutting off because I wanted to try to at least make it back home, Jonothan R. ; one the workers looked directly at me having this issue, so I motioned my hand for Janothan to come out of the store and help me I waited for about 20 minutes and he never even came out of the store, it was not alot of customers it was only myself and one other person in the entire parking lot, this was on a Sunday @ 1:00 pm so it tends to be less customers on that day. I really needed help so I got out of my car and went inside the store Jonathan R. Wasnt even helping a customer and didn't even greet or ask me if he could help me, Jeremy W. had a customer he was helping, so I waited for Jeremy to help me, as I explained to Jeremy the problems I was having he told me that he couldn't help me with my problem, due to new policy, but all I was asking for them to do was help me figure out what the problem might be using the indicator machine or help me locate a possible blown fuse . Usually Ross a manager would help me with no problem, but I didn't see him so I had to go across the street at O'Reilly auto parts store and they was able to help locate a 10 amp fuse that had blown, I found a new auto parts store to go to now.
