My home was built earlier this year and the builder said Andrews Concrete had done the concrete.I wanted to double the patio in the back. I called them three times over the course of a month to get a quote for the addition. Each time I was told they would be in the area in the next few days and would come by and get dimensions. The first two calls were never followed up and I received no quote. The third time I explained the first two calls and actually received a call back the same day. I was told they would come by the following day. Fooled me again! If that is customer service I would hate to see what a bad experience is like.
Don't waste your time, call a business that wants to do right by their customers!
