DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They rented to someone I know as well. They more than doubled the rent on the second month because the other side of the duplex would not rent out. They did not put that in the lease agreement. The house is infested with roaches. This company will get reported to the proper authorities. These people have no scruples. How do you sleep at night? If it looks too good to be true from this company, it is. They won't return phone calls or emails.
