I have high regard for Mark...have had many times when he would answer questions...give good advice...that care of claims etc. on a personal level...would not only remember my name but who I am as a person...send birthday card each year...help if I had to get payment in on time...it's that kind of personal service one does't find as often as we might hope...sometimes I forget to remember that!!!...THANKS MARK JONES...I think others also know this and new people will find this as well!
