Called to get a motorcycle inspection. Was told to try back after 2 pm, which wasn't a problem. Called back at 230 and was told that my bike had to have a fender that covers the entire tire to pass, my response was Harley sales bikes from the factory bobbed and I was told "Well that's from the factory, and it's not worth possibly getting in trouble if I inspect your bike". So I went to Iron Horse the very next day and explained my situation. They were more than happy to inspect my bike. And funny thing fenders aren't required in NC nor are turn signals on a motorcycle, all your required to have is a brake light, tag light and a head light. Good thing I went somewhere were the staff was knowledgeable about motorcy le inspections and not just in it to make a buck. I have 2 other vehicles that I was hoping to have serviced there but now I'll drive a little further out of my way.
