I am writing in regards to the review written below.
I currently live at 927 West Morgan and actually took over Hanna Lucia's lease in January. I spoke with Hanna a few days before taking over the lease and at that point she never shared any of the concerns she listed below. I was told that this a great building, the neighbors are friendly, the place is quiet and she was only moving for work. I have been at 927 West Morgan for almost 5 months now I have had none of the issues that she mentioned. I really enjoy living here and find the location to be one of the best in town. It is walking distance to everything in downtown and also walking distance to Cameron Village. I have always found the managers to be incredibly helpful.
