After looking around for pricing on containers to move our stuff we finally came across pack rat. I was extremely excited to see their low price compared to everyone else but then I became worried that the experience would be terrible with them because you pay for what you get. Well I couldn't have been more wrong. They were extremely helpful and made the process very smooth. They were on time with the unit and that means a lot to me. I recommend them to everyone I know who is moving.

Poor communication on their part, which was a lot of added stress on top of our cross country move. I wish we had gone elsewhere, but at this point we are just looking forward to receiving our things. I suppose you get what you pay for!
